Girne Water Sports Club

Sailing in the TRNC The Sailing Club is open to anyone young enough at heart to enjoy the thrill of Sailing. Membership is available to TRNC citizens, permanent residents, overseas members and visiting guests. The twin aim of the Club is to provide the facilities to allow members to enjoy sailing in the TRNC and to provide access to sailing for the youth of Northern Cyprus.
Our Fleet ! The Club has a small fleet of Lasers, Laser Pico’s and Wayfarers. There are also privately owned dinghies. An Albacore, Laser 2000 (From 2009), Lasers and Hobbie 18 Pacific. New members are joining all the time and our fleet of boats continues to expand. Initially you do not need to own a boat to enjoy sailing in Northern Cyprus	Where ? The Sailing Club is located at Diana Beach a few miles east of Girne (Kyrenia). You will find the access road just past the Coca-Cola depot on the main road out of Girne towards Catalkoy.
